Commercial Electronic Communications Notice

This notice has been prepared to inform you about the commercial electronic communications to be sent to you by Takvio (the "Service Provider") and to obtain your explicit consent, pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun) and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages (Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik).

1. What Is a Commercial Electronic Communication?

A commercial electronic communication means a message containing data, voice or image content sent for purposes such as direct marketing, promotion, congratulations or good wishes, using communication channels such as telephone, call centres, fax, automated dialling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail (email), short message service (SMS) and similar means.

2. Scope of Consent

If you give this consent, Takvio may send you information regarding discounts, campaigns, promotions, advertising, sales and marketing, surveys, satisfaction evaluations and support through the following channels:

• Short message service (SMS),
• Electronic mail (email),
• Telephone calls and voice messages,
• In-app and instant (push) notifications.

3. Contact Information to Be Processed

For the purpose of sending commercial electronic communications, your full name, email address and phone number are processed. This information is used solely within the scope of communication and marketing activities and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.

4. Message Management System (İYS)

Records relating to your consent and your right to refuse may be forwarded to the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, İYS) as required by the relevant legislation. You can view the consents you have given via the İYS and update them at any time.

5. Withdrawal of Consent (Right to Refuse)

You always have the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic communications. You may withdraw your consent;

• By using the "unsubscribe / opt-out" link in the messages sent,
• By following the opt-out method specified in SMS messages,
• By turning off your consent via the İYS,
• Or by contacting us through the channels on our contact page,

free of charge. Your opt-out request is processed within the period stipulated by the legislation, and at the end of this period the sending of commercial electronic communications to you is stopped.

6. Consent Is Optional

Giving consent to commercial electronic communications is not mandatory; not giving this consent does not prevent you from using Takvio services. Mandatory notifications relating to the operation of the service (e.g. account, payment, security and transaction notifications) fall outside the scope of this consent and will continue to be sent in order to provide the service.

7. Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Notice prepared under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.
