KVKK Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Takvio, in its capacity as data controller, to inform you about the processing of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, "KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Takvio, as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data (full name, email, phone),
• Data relating to business and customer management (appointments, customer/client records, services),
• Transaction security data (sessions, log records),
• Transaction information relating to the payment process (card data is processed by the payment institution and is not stored by us).

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Providing the service, and creating and managing the account,
• Providing appointment, customer and financial management functions,
• Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations,
• Ensuring information security and improving service quality.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Data

Your data may be transferred, in compliance with the KVKK, to the hosting, authentication and payment infrastructure providers we work with to deliver the service, and to legally authorised public institutions and organisations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request its erasure or destruction,
• To request restriction of processing,
• To request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights to us through the channels on our contact page. Your applications are concluded as soon as possible and at the latest within the statutory period.
